We find what others can't, and we sell it at fair prices.
Facility Surplus is a family-owned business that has been buying and selling equipment since 1986. We help facilities liquidate surplus equipment and locate hard-to-find items.
We don't advertise what we can't get. Every listing tells you plainly whether the item is in stock and ready to ship or is a special order, with the lead time confirmed after you order.
In addition to HVAC units, we specialize in:
- Electrical & Lighting
- Pumps, Motors & Fans
- Plumbing & Restroom
- Janitorial & Facility Maintenance
Everything we sell is new and unused unless a listing clearly says otherwise. We sell equipment only, with no installation, start-up, technical support, or extended warranties. Free shipping with liftgate in the lower 48.
