Multi V Water 5 water-source VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) unit, 72,000 BTU (6 tons) nominal. It installs indoors and uses a building water loop instead of outdoor air, serving multiple LG indoor units.

Condition & availability

New, factory sealed, never installed. Original manufacturer packaging; the outer carton may show storage or handling wear. Ships in 1–3 business days by freight carrier with liftgate delivery included (lower 48).

Before you buy

• Pairs with LG Multi V indoor units at matching voltage; total connected indoor capacity and piping must follow LG’s design rules. We sell equipment, not system design — please confirm compatibility with your HVAC contractor before ordering.
• Needs a dedicated 460V three-phase power supply; disconnect and breaker are field supplied.
• Requires a building water loop (for example a cooling tower and boiler or a geothermal loop), with water piping and controls supplied by others.
• Indoor units, branch boxes, refrigerant piping and controls are not included.
• R-410A refrigerant, for existing or expanding R-410A Multi V systems. Confirm with your contractor that it can be installed under current rules where it is going.
• Installation and start-up by a qualified HVAC contractor is required.

Manufacture date

The manufacture date is printed on the unit label. After your payment is authorized, we email you a photo of the label before anything ships. If the date doesn’t work for you, reply and we’ll cancel the order — your card is not charged.
