Watts 88004112 LF009M2-QT-FS — 1" Lead-Free Bronze Reduced Pressure Zone Backflow Assembly
This Watts LF009M2-QT-FS is a 1 inch reduced pressure zone assembly used to keep contaminated water from flowing back into a potable supply. It combines two independent check valves with a relief valve between them and is rated for health-hazard applications covering both backpressure and backsiphonage. The lead-free bronze body has 1 inch female NPT ends and quarter-turn ball valve shutoffs, rated to 175 PSI and 33 to 180°F. The FS version accepts an add-on flood sensor that can signal relief valve discharge. Common uses include boiler feeds, irrigation, and building service lines. Installation and testing are typically performed by certified backflow testers.
