Leonard TM-600-LF — Emergency Eye/Face Wash Thermostatic Mixing Valve, 3–58 GPM
The Leonard TM-600-LF is a thermostatic mixing valve that supplies tempered water to emergency drench showers and eye/face wash stations. It blends hot and cold supplies to a factory-set 85°F outlet, with a 90°F high-limit stop, across a flow range of 3 to 58 GPM. If hot water fails, a cold bypass still delivers flow; if cold water fails, the valve shuts off to prevent scalding. It has 3/4 inch inlets, a 1 inch outlet, union checkstops and a wall support, in lead-free bronze certified to ASSE 1071. Buyers include labs, plants, schools and maintenance shops working toward ANSI Z358.1 tepid-water compliance.
